Great atmosphere. Decent vacation starting off. Hometown feel. Financially helps with schooling if seeking career in business.
Pay could be better. Need to update work programs and systems.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at National Bank of Arizona (Phoenix, AZ) in October 2014.
Online application, phone interview, in person final round.
Extremely poor and in-personal interviews. Phone interview and in-person interview only had the standard HR 101 behavioral questionnaire special questions. Nobody was even remotely interested in having a conversation. Just "Tell me about the time...." type questions.
Building an office seemed extremely run down and uninspiring. Cubicles and carpet looked like something out of 70s used car dealer. Cubicles were very dirty and old, carpet was dirty and there was a strong smell of mold in the building.
