From the very beginning, military service members have played a tremendous role in our history and culture. It started when our company’s founder, Jack Taylor, answered the call to serve his country in World War II as a naval fighter pilot. None, it was fast paced and never a dull moment. As with any car rental company the work is fast paced, not a place where you can slack off....
Advice to Management
Maintain the individual branding and culture of what National Car Rental became. Treat those employees differently than EHI, or Alamo for that matter. Each brand is in existence because of how they are perceived by their respective customers.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at National Car Rental (Burbank, CA) in March 2013.
Easy questions about customer service and sales, they need friendly people who can build rapport and be aggressive with sales. also this job includes stressful trouble shooting with guest who are very demanding.
