I worked at National Carriers full-time
Alway home when needed to be, treated fairly always and had good equipment to drive. Compensated well for delays and layovers. Should have never left them great company to drive for
Good bit of waiting to pickup loads. Lack of communication between dispatch and planners. Left hand don't know what the right hand is doing a lot of the time
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work, maybe make some better facility's for drivers waiting at the packing houses. Other wise keep on keeping on.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at National Carriers (Liberal, KS) in August 2009.
very helpful in completeing all dot paperwork. well organized orientation with travel provided. lunch and dinner provide while at orientation. very friendly office staff that do everything to help your transition to their company as easy and smooth as possible. well taught procedures for their pecific company. very respectful throughout the hiring process.
