Brittany Shine is our HR Generalist at National Cart Company. Before she worked at National Cart Company, she was a student at Lindenwood University studying to get her Bachelors in Human Resources Management. Not only was she a full time student, but she also worked in retail at Bath & Body Works 25 hours a week and was involved in Marching Band at Lindenwood. Brittany was looking for an internship and came across National Cart Company on Indeed.com. She never heard of this company before and saw that it was right in Saint Charles, MO, so she gave it a shot! She applied and got a phone call for an interview. The HR Director loved her retail experience and thought she would be the perfect candidate for the HR Intern position. Once hired, she learned a whole new system as well as being new to the manufacturing industry. A couple months later her internship was coming to and end. National Cart Company did not want to lose Brittany and saw her as a part of their future, so they offered her the opportunity to join the team full time. Brittany loved working at National Cart as an intern and was eager to continue her career here. She enjoyed having a job opportunity before she even graduated which was unheard of so she decided to stay at National Cart Company and continue her employment while completing her degree. Not too long after she graduated and got her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, she was promoted to HR Generalist at National Cart and she was ecstatic! Brittany has been at National Cart for about 3 and a half years now and loves every minute of it.
