I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at National Education Partners (United States) in Nov 2021

    Interview

Submitted application and received and email from recruiter to set up a phone interview. Spoke with recruiter and asked to do a Zoom interview. The Zoo interview included 2 ladies one a team lead and the other assistant manager. Both were nice and pleasant. They where a few minutes late which I thought was a little odd. Asked the basic interview questions and that was about it.

One of the greatest challenges in our remote work transition was the training. We managed to deliver it with excellence while having fun because of our great team! “We translated our three-week, immersive new hire training into a virtual experience. Within days, the team had a plan of action and we executed! As the new hire class closes out their second week with us, I am thrilled to see our new hire trainer extraordinaire and organizational culture champion, Zarmina, infuse the concept of work hard, play hard into her new hire training. How do you keep your training engaging, pivot on a dime, keep your agility, create human connections, and ensure that every new team member is set up for success? Well, you start with a strong curriculum, impeccable delivery, and add Breakfast w/ Bae (Breakfast w/ loved ones) and Crazy Hat Day to the mix.”- Seela S., Director of Organizational Development
