  • “Effective leaders manage their brands. They know their authentic selves, speak in their true voices, and consistently share those voices with the world.” We prioritize the learning and development of our employees and believe one of the most effective ways to do this is through knowledge sharing. Through our Leadership Way Program, we encourage leaders to share their career advancement stories in an effort to impart knowledge and past learning to their peers. • Providing a stellar student experience is the cornerstone of what we do at NEP. We are proud to work with institutions, such as Northcentral University, that go above and beyond to support students throughout their higher education journey. NCU student Keyanna H. shares her experience with our advising team: “The advising and finance staff is fantastic! I can call 20 times a day, and there is always someone willing to help me. Since I started school, I have had two different advisors. First, Laura B., who worked with me at the start of my program and was always willing to help me understand the school and talk me through my program requirements. Then Baylee P. is my current advisor, and she goes the extra mile to make sure I am on the right track during the last year of my program. I am so thankful for the student-centered approach.”

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at National Education Partners in January 2020.

    Interview

Phone screening interview, followed by an in person interview with two members of management staff. This was then followed by a video interview. I also had a 4th interview with another manager but this was a special circumstance.
