    Pros

    lots of opportunities to gain experience with. High amount of autonomy to make decisions as well.

    Cons

    work-life balance is a bit heavy on the work side of the ledger; lots of relationships that govern rewards in company; If the brits like you, you are in good shape. If not, you will never move up in company

    Advice to Management

    Set realistic goals and reward those who hit them for you. Give enough resources to teams to do their work and you will get great results.

    Interview was really simple. Just did a application and have a interview with management. It was fast and easy. Was hired on the spot. Then had to do the drug screening at the doctor office and they ran a background check on me, Everything came back fine. Started working 5 days later.
