great job. enjoy servicing patients and their needs. various opportunities for those who are willing to put in the time, work and effort.
lack of structure. but getting better. politics but what company doesn't.
not enough involvement with upper management until things go bad.
Advice to Management
Build a system that will allow you get feedback from every departments point of view of the business you will then be able to see trends that are key for the continuation success of this company.
The process took a week. I interviewed at National HME.
Two step process, first interview with basic questions and then the second with director. After those were completed job offer came later in the week. Good information given about the job.
