I worked at National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great atmosphere in the lab! Everyone collaborates and is willing to help one another!

    Cons

Each lab within NIDA is separate, thus the positive atmosphere I enjoyed may have been limited to my lab (Optogenetics and Transgenic Technology Core).

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! Good luck with your incredible research!
