    Pros

Lots of really interesting work happening. Lots of very capable people.

    Cons

Typical government bureaucracy issues. But probably better than most agencies.

    Advice to Management

Flatten hierarchies when possible and engage more with your younger staff.

Everyone was very pleasant and informative in explaining what the job require. they answered all on my questions as far as the work environment. I received a tour of the library with a little bit of the library's history. I was impressed with the culture of the library.
