A job you can believe in. One of the most militant and successful unions in the country. Extremely rewarding. Good pay.

Cons

Can be high pressure and exhausting at times. Regularly long hours and never really off the clock. Be prepared to sacrifice for the work.

    3 rounds of interviews and if they are seeking to onboard you they will request a list of references. The first interview is to present you with the job description and see if you meet those minimum requirements. The second one is with a lead organizer who will ask more in depth questions regarding your experiences. This interview may include scenario questions. The final found will be with the two of the national directors where the emphasis is on your commitment to the labor movement. It is very important to the org you understand and believe in the broader labor movement and are onboard for the mission/goals of the org.
