    Pros

I worked for NPE when I was living in Chicago and it was an excellent company to work for. NPE is a company that is genuinely out there to shift our world into a better place. Management cares about their employees and most importantly they are honest and grant you with the ability to pave your own path to success. I love the product and will forever stand by it. Even though I do not currently work with the company, I am still extremely supportive of the brand and feel a part of the team.

    Cons

No cons to report. Two thumbs up on the brand.

    Advice to Management

Don't change, your honesty and respect for employees is creating a productive and successful work environment. You make communication an easy and positive experience which will continue to grant you success.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at National Pasteurized Eggs (Lansing, IL) in May 2014.

    Interview

One on one interview. Very professional and to-the-point, inquiring about my personal experience as well as my ability to work within the necessary budgetary and time constraints. Overall a pleasant experience with minimal fluff and no irrelevant questions.
