I have been working at National Positions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been at National Positions for almost two years, and have really enjoyed my time at the company. I came to this job with some digital marketing experience, and have since learned so much. I like working here because it's a creative environment where self-starters can really thrive. The company has a lot of great support in place so you feel like you always have help. I know that my ideas are heard, and my input is valued.

    Cons

The work is challenging and there is a ton of it. You will be expected to constantly beat your previous quarter results for clients.

    Advice to Management

Keep growing the company with talented and enthusiastic employees.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at National Positions.

    Interview

You get a phone call first and then the interview process starts. During the interview typical questions are asked like about your experience, writing skills, and other stuff. There was also a test involved that consisted of some proofreading and critical thinking questions. There was an example of a client and what kind of strategy you would have for them.
