Smart people dedicated to improving the health care system. Good benefits. Friendly culture. A lot of opportunities to learn. Many opportunities to network with experts and leaders in the health care industry. High performers are rewarded.
Constantly changing (for the good mostly but difficult on staff). Workload can be very high at times. Learning curve is a year or more because of highly technical work.
I applied online. I interviewed at National Quality Forum.
Applied online and had an informational interview two weeks later. Was called into the office a week after that for the first interview and then a week later for the second interview. The first time, spoke with the HR point-person, at both second interviews I spoke with a panel of three employees.
