I worked at National Search Associates part-time (More than 3 years)
This is a truly wonderful place to work. As an admin I did a lot of data entry and other misc tasks around the office, so when the date entry go too boring I could switch it up and do the office supply order or transcribe recorded conversations. Everyone is friendly and caring. I keep in touch with most everyone there, years later. If you have any interest or aptitude for recruiting they will take you under your wing and there is plenty to do.
Data entry can be extremely tedious. If you have no interest in recruiting there is no opportunity for advancement.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at National Search Associates (Carlsbad, CA).
I applied by sending in my resume via response to a craigslist post. Its a fairly small company s the President of the company reached out to my himself via phone and set up an interview time. I met with him and the each individually VPs all in one morning and they let me know they had a few more people to interview but they would call me in a few days to offer me a job or inform me that they went with another candidate.
