I have been working at National Security Technologies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People are great, extremely safety conscious environment, interesting and unique work, highly specialized training, 401k, pension, fairly decent salaries, good work-life balance.

    Cons

Pseudo-government job with good benefits means that people stay forever. Management career paths take a long time. Lost of bureaucratic red tape can cause the work to be produced at a slow rate.

    Advice to Management

Help develop younger employees more, those positions that could work from home SHOULD be worked from home, or at least given the choice.
