The company has huge pool of human resources and typically very senior people also do not shoulder large responsibilities. The company follows set pattern of career growth and this is difficult to isolate outstanding professionals from fair or average contributors. The department change very political.
Advice to Management
Modernizing the townships would be good motivator. Fast track promotions shall also help attract and retain good talent. Avoiding frequent transfer is also required.

Hiring took over once shortlisted and interview was face to face and it sounded Good and fair for the candidates . There were five board members to interview and we had a written exam before final interview .
