Great cause and some interesting projects. You help with writing and other tasks around public policy and jobs programs.
Weak career development, mostly mediocre tasks, and passive aggressive managers. Some projects are interesting, but management mostly delegates tedious tasks. Most of the staff are okay, but some managers are very passive aggressive.
Advice to Management
Focus more on career development and bringing staff on higher level projects. Work out the passive aggressive mood, not everything has to be a battle.
