I have been working at National Veterinary Associates full-time (More than a year)
Some of the sharpest people who are recruited and filtered for also being a culture fit. Strong leadership.
Growth culture brings some loose and fluid changes.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at National Veterinary Associates (Agoura Hills, CA) in May 2018.
Multi-stage leading up to meeting with VP. Environment and people were uptight and cold. VP was icy and lacked any semblance of people skills. Other employees seemed intimidated by the VP. Been there - done that: I quickly realized this was not a company I wanted to be a part of.
