Pros

- benefits are amazing (Volunteer Leave, Medical coverage)
- amazing and understanding colleagues (such a homely and wholesome family-like culture)

Cons

- payscale inconsistent with workload - high expectations to turnaround projects (barely any time to exact) - poor progression plan for staff's growth - management is inconsistent with rollout of

Advice to Management

While there are many workplans, management needs to work on their groundsensing of issues and acknowledge limitations that staff faces. Recalibrate reality and expectations.
