Like in real estate it's all about location, location, location. In work it's all about people, people, people. What's the point in pulling yourself out of a warm comfortable bed just to sit in traffic and then spend 8-10 hours with people you dislike? Not only does Nations Direct Mortgage promote a family and fun culture, but our mortgage programs and pricing are industry leading also. It's easy to get on the phone and talk to my customers about partnering with us.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nations Direct Mortgage (Irvine, CA) in April 2015.
I was a little nervous, never working in the industry before. but it was a pretty comfortable process. I sat down with my ops manager and she was very easy going and interested in my personality. She said this job would be a big change from my previous job but told me about the opportunity I have here if I work hard.
