Awesome people, amazing customers to interact with, education on products and health, fast paced environment, 20% discount and in three + years I have received 3 raises. They recognize, respect and appreciate hard workers with a positive attitude.
Lack of training, support and guidance for new employees. I am a fast learner and self reliant so this didn't bother me too much, but I see it really hinder others' success. Communication has gotten so much better but still needs improvement, especially from the top down.
Advice to Management
I would love to see an established training protocol for each department and a assigned "buddy system". Where each new employee felt supported and could have a solid week of going through the motions of each task. I love that every employee should start on the registers regardless of position. We can always use help up front especially during rush hours.

I filled out a paper application at the store, got a call back in about 3 days for the interview. The produce manager was not able to make it, so my interview was with the store manager. I got a call the next day offering me the job.
