    I worked at NaturalMotion full-time

Very successful game studio at the time, high ambitions and very smart leader. Location super central in Oxford, and nicely built out office; even if a bit sterile. Good team, generally good atmosphere.

Top leadership was pretty tight and not always as open to outside influence as would be ideal. Decisions were made centrally and not as much freedom given to individual teams in terms of ideation and vision, more focused on execution. Also, not sure how the acquisition has influenced the company; imagine things have become more complicated.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NaturalMotion (Oxford, England (UK)) in May 2015.

Initial Phone Interview, then and In Person Interview. The staff were very unprofessional in the interview. The questions were not challenging and misleading. Also, alter after having chased them 8 (eight) times, I still do not have feedback on why I did not get the offer. I assumed I did a very good interview and was highly qualified for the position. I am being left in the dark.
