    Positive Outlook

I worked at Navajo Tribal Utility Authority full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Strong leadership. Implements most innovative and cutting edge technology. Extremely aggressive growth pace. Very experienced work force. Employee benefits are top notch.

    Cons

There was difficulty filling technical positions due to salary limitations and housing is a little scarce but can be found. Workforce is spread very thin.

    Advice to Management

Provide more operating funds to technology departments and add skilled staff.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Navajo Tribal Utility Authority.

    Interview

Very straight forward, no surprises as far as questions asked. But be prepared to be tested answer a few things in navajo or understand it. Certifications play a big part and any experience you may have. They let you know within a few days after if you are a fit or not for the company.

Would require to much time away from home.
