Layoffs - I blame the economy more than the company, though. It's easy to understand why layoffs have to happen, but sad to see our jobs shipped out of the country. I loved working at this company, would have stayed indefinitely had the layoffs not occurred.
Advice to Management
Keep jobs in the U.S. - it may cost more, but domestic staff can provide better service to domestic customers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Navarre in February 2012.
The interivew process started with a screen by the recruiter, another screen by the company's recruiter, a panel interview by the HR team, an interview by the president and a final interview with the VP, HR.
The process was very efficient and thurough.
