I have been working at Navihealth full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A company that knows where the future in healthcare is going. You are made to feel a part of the big picture and your input is always appreciated. Great teams and management that work cohesively. I am very proud to work for this company

    Cons

You make your own cons. Any business has growing pains and unhappy employees at one time or another. If it was perfect, there would be no potential to grow and learn in this ever changing world.

    Advice to Management

Put yourself in the shoes of the many types of people that are employed by this great company to truly understand what, why and how we do things.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Navihealth.

    Interview

I applied through their internal site on my own without a recruiter and had a positive phone screening about a week later. It was then followed by very long 5+ hour interview with 6 staff (round robin style). The in-person experience was pleasant, I felt I had connected with everyone and the design challenge itself was great. I left feeling confident. I was informed about a week or so later that they had decided to proceed with other candidates without further explanation, even after I kindly asked for further feedback. The job posting went up again after about a month, which was bewildering to me. Perhaps there wasn't agreement among the team on what they wanted.
