Customer Service Representative
Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

InterviewI applied online through their website on 2/7/2022. I heard back that same week from a Recruiter wanting to set up a phone screen, which we had on 2/14/2022. The Recruiter was super nice and he was able to explain the position well to me and told me about their benefits.
