    Pros

The job is entertaining, and management is respectful. Great Work/Life balance.

    Cons

Medical and Dental benefits could be much better. If you will be the primary supporter for your family, you may want to have another policy.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Naxos of America (Franklin, TN) in May 2014.

    Interview

The in-person interview process at Naxos with the library services team was all-around positive. I appreciated that it was a group interview with all the members of the team. I felt like they really wanted to find someone compatible with their existing employees. They didn't ask pointless or intimidating questions and took the time to explain a lot of the duties and responsibilities for the role. Unfortunately, I couldn't accept the position due to starting date issues.

    Interview Questions

    • Asked a few basic tech questions that were required for the job (i.e., "what is an IP address?").   Answer Question
