Naylor is headquartered in Gainesville, Florida with additional offices in Alpharetta, Georgia; Darien, Connecticut; Hunt Valley, Maryland; Schaumburg, Illinois; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; and Winnipeg, Manitoba.




Established in Winnipeg in 1969 by Brent Naylor, Naylor is built on a strong foundation of hardworking individuals who display a commitment to excellence, honesty, integrity, ongoing improvement, and exceptional customer service. We are dedicated to providing tools of engagement that increase membership value and non-dues revenue to associations across North America. Over the years, we have expanded our products and services as well as our expertise and offices – all for the main purpose of successfully serving the association marketplace.

Naylor acquired Convention Management Group in 2006, and Global Exchange Events in 2012.

In late 2013, RLJ Equity Partners acquired Naylor. In 2014, Naylor acquired Boxwood Technology and Timberlake Membership Software.

Boxwood  - Since 1998, has provided online career center solutions to the association marketplace.

Timberlake AMS Solutions  - Founded in 1999 as Timberlake Publishing,  catering to small-staffed associations and nonprofits in need of software solutions. Today, Timberlake is a leading provider of membership software, association management software, event registration solutions and Web-based CMS (content management software).

In July 2015, Naylor acquired WJ Weiser & Associates, a full-service association management company.

    I have been working at Naylor Association Solutions full-time (More than 5 years)


    Association based sales, B2B, promotes from within, ice cream socials, and fun work space.


    Used to be more flexible about working from home, we are commission only reps, this should be allowed. Hires young managers from within that have no business being in management, and then do not train them well, and then they get power hungry. the sales team have more knowledge on how to run this place than our young managers.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more experienced, older managers. Allow more work from home opportunities. Telework is the way to go!!! Go back to the Commission as soon as it turns blue, instead of when it ships, this gives some of us month with out commission, relying on our draw and puts us in a whole. We can stay on top of our commissions better the old way. Also more motivating to see I sel this now I see it in the next pay period!!!

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Naylor Association Solutions (Gainesville, FL).


    Applied through my schools CRC then received notice of a Phone interview from a recruiter in another location, then in person interview with two interviewers, basic CAR questions was not too difficult.
