Advice to Management
Keep working to improve processes and develop your amazing staff. Don't let processes/procedure/policies get in the way of taking care of the customer - flexibility in some areas is the key to world class service.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nebraska Furniture Mart (Omaha, NE) in July 2017.
They sent two assessments through email. This first was a SAT type questionnaire with math and English problems ( I would recommend bringing a calculator). The second was a personality test.
