Company culture & values seemed evident in the day-to-day running of things - benefits to keeping in the know of current style trends, and staying far ahead of the game in RVA
Pay w/o commission, hours sometimes hard to come by, sometimes internal team gripe -- the value of a great return on the retail floor is not rewarded to the sales team.
Advice to Management
Management knows how to pick a very specific team of people and get the most out of them; because the company is small, it relies on a core cohesive group of people and I think they've accomplished the best of what is in their means.
