Advice to Management
That is my goal is to advance to a management position.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Neighborhood Health Center (Buffalo, NY) in July 2016.
I had two interviews in total. The first was with the HR manager and Executive Director. It was more of a friendly conversation. I had a second interview with the CFO, Front Desk Manager, physician and Quality Manager. This was strange because it seemed like people were ganging up on you.
I was offered the same I was making at my last position even though it was not a manager position. I countered with 5,000 more and they offered 2,000 more which I accepted.
