I have been working at Neo@Ogilvy full-time (Less than a year)
- Really smart, thoughtful people in all departments
- LA HR office always involved whether it's sending out training/wellness newsletters, training opps, etc.
- Supportive managing director who listens and trusts his leadership team (who happens to be over 50% female. V. important to note as this is outside the norm of your typical "bro culture" agency stereotype. Everyone is treated equally and with respect from assistants to directors. ) He is also very responsive and accessible no matter how busy he is.

- Food options are expensive in the immediate vicinity but if you're up for a drive, more variety is available. (V. small con, IMO:)

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Neo@Ogilvy (New York, NY) in October 2014.
I was referred to the position through a current employee.
HR reached out to me to set up an interview which took a few days to schedule. I went in for an interview and met with 3 sets of interviewers (5 people total) in one day with a phone interview scheduled the next day.
I heard back from HR after two days with an offer.
