Job search was conducted by an excellent executive recruiter. Following multiple screening calls with the recruiter I submitted a statement of interest. I then had a 35 minute interview with the HR partner. The HR contact was fairly new in her role and was friendly but passive. Her line of questions reflected her experience level. Although I felt comfortable during the zoom call my impression was that NeoLife’s HR department is not seasoned nor staffed with career HR professionals.InterviewCan you name your last 5 bosses and tell me how they’d rate you on a scale of 1-10?
