Strong, open door management in place. Accommodating work environment, friendly employees, company brings in wonderful lunches on occasion for it's employees in recognition of their hard work and dedication.
End of year raises could improve
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Neopost in February 2018.
Interview process was below average. The hiring manager was very unprofessional and managed the interview process very poorly. Category of questions was very general and not specific. Interview dynamic was also very poor. This tells you a lot about hiring manager’s qualifications and professionalism – it sounded like there was no understanding from the hiring manager at all what exactly they are looking for. All my specific questions were almost offensive for a manager – I got no clear answers to standard questions like, what is the team setup, how soon you are looking to close this position, what are the next steps. No proper introduction of the role and the team was made, on top of the fact, that job description was poorly written. I really have doubts that manager is qualified enough to run marketing interviews. A lot of big buzz words without major understanding what they mean exactly.
