I have been working at Neopost USA full-time
I'm often introduced to more and more employees that have been at Neopost for 8+ years. The company has done something right to retain so many long-term employees.
Benefits are great, and I particularly like tuition reimbursement. Hours are very good and closed on the weekend which makes my position ideal for balancing work and life commitments. I really enjoy the people I work with too!
There are a lot of changes as we grow toward new goals, but I like that the company is innovative and seek feedback of their employees. Some things take time, but they seem committed to improving and growth as a company.
Advice to Management
Continue measuring engagement and seeking feedback from employees. When we see changes at the ground level, it feels like we have been heard. I personally value the transparency and honesty.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Neopost USA (New York, NY) in October 2016.
Typical internal recruiter phone screen. Met with hiring manager and their supervisor in person. Final in-person interview process included 4 VP's one at a time in morning - afternoon then lunch with hiring manager to recap the morning. It was a good experience since they were looking to see if the position they were looking to fill was a match between my skills and what they needed.
