I have been working at Neopost USA full-time (More than 10 years)
I have worked at this company for over 10 years, the company is constantly trying to improve itself, trying to better help its customers and the employees. The management team at the Carrollton site is great. There have always been opportunities to move to other departments and overall growth within the site or company overall.
There is constant change in the company's path to improve itself, if you struggle with change then this company is not for you.
Advice to Management
Continue to listen to your employees and act on their feedback.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Neopost USA (Milford, CT) in September 2017.
I received a voice-mail to call to set-up a time for a phone interview. The voice mail was received on a Wednesday and the callback number was a WRONG NUMBER. I eventually got through the company switchboard to the person that left the message. Turns out it was the hiring manager. Spoke with him to set-up a phone interview for a phone interview the next day (Thursday afternoon). He sent me an Outlook meeting invitation on Wednesday which I accepted. I sat around all day Thursday without receiving a call from him. Sent him a follow up e-mail at the end of the work day Thursday asking to set-up another phone interview. At the time of this review (almost 2 weeks later), I still haven't heard back.
Okay stuff happens. But I find it extremely rude to not even get a response to say I'm no longer being considered. I also suspect that the behavior of the hiring manager is systemic of his management style. Probably for the best.
