Pros
I have had the pleasure of working with the company for a significant period, and I am genuinely impressed with the positive changes that have taken place under the new Chief Growth Officer (CGO). The introduction of a well-defined process to cultivate repeatable business has had a remarkable impact on our overall success. The CGO's strategic approach centers around a true dedication to customer satisfaction and the delivery of tangible business outcomes aligned with account initiatives. This customer-centric focus has not only improved our relationships with clients but has also strengthened our position in the market. It is refreshing to see a company that prioritizes meeting the needs and expectations of their customers. Pros: -Focus on customer satisfaction and true business outcomes -Exceptionally talented and capable delivery team -Consistent delivery of outstanding results -Supportive and collaborative work environment
Cons
There is room for improvement in management's proactive leadership. While I understand that they are operating in a challenging environment with significant industry changes, it is during these times that their strong presence and guidance are crucial.

Interview
Initially I dealt with 2 recruiters, both of which were really nice, and I was excited about the possibility of working there.
They asked me to do a code challenge which took two hours. Three weeks and five emails later, and I still cannot get any feedback from them.
I've given up, but it's incredibly disrespectful to ask someone to spend two hours of their personal time, and then leave them hanging with no feedback or communication.
If you are a developer, don't waste your time. Literally.Interview"Here is a coding challenge. It will take two hours of your personal time. And when you are done we will not give you any feedback and completely ignore you."
