I have been working at Nescor full-time (Less than a year)
Top notched training programs, highly effective installation teams, best in class warranties, the company rewards great behavior and expects top botched customer service from all employees. It's easy to wake up and be lucky enough to be able to represent Nescor to the world. Classiest organization I have ever worked with.
At this point I have yet to find any down sides specific to this company.
Advice to Management
To continue to listen to your employees as you have always done. There is no real need to change anything but always to be mindful of employee needs. So far I have nothing but respect for the personal attention the owners, managers and support staff put into every task.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nescor (West Hartford, CT) in August 2015.
It was awesome...telephone interview lasted about 20 minutes. Real world conversation, no bs
Laid out company structure, benefits, drawbacks, shortcomings everything.
Got hired immediatly, perks, sign on bonus and they make you write 30 word minimum review so now i am rambling on to cover that little bit that i still need
Cut and dry...set scale
