    Stock Associate Interview

Anonymous Employee in San Francisco, CA
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Nespresso (San Francisco, CA).

    Interview

They asked verification of my degree, through the recruiter Adecco, and I thought the job would be a bigger deal. The questions were with two individuals at separate times the same day: A manager from New York, and an individual from corporate. I was asked the usually questions.

There was no negotiation. I was given $11.50/hr. (I learned that people in the Bar and Boutique were getting $16-17. Stock associates basically do A LOT, and we were paid less.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Just an offer from the recruiter Adecco. There was no negotiation even though I put 'negotiable' on my application.
