Benefits Package*
Nespresso offers medical, dental, and vision benefits packages to meet a variety of health needs. These packages include options for family and domestic partners. The Nespresso Sustainability Program

Nestlé Nespresso SA works directly with over 70,000 farmers in 12 countries through its AAA Sustainable Quality™ Program to embed sustainability practices on farms and the surrounding landscapes. 

Launched in 2003 in collaboration with The Rainforest Alliance, the program helps to improve the yield and quality of harvests, ensuring a sustainable supply of high quality coffee and improving livelihoods of farmers and their communities.

Nespresso is known for purchasing some of the world’s finest coffees. 

Great products always start with the best ingredients. We know that the highest quality coffee - with the aromatic specificity we need to create our Grand Cru blends - is not produced by chance. Which is why we are so lucky to be working closely with some 70,000 coffee farmers, many of whom have been members of our AAA Sustainable Quality Program for more than 10 years. And it’s only thanks to these farmers (of approximately 25 million globally) that we are able to meet the high quality standards we set for ourselves.

    Pros

    Working for Nespresso has really shown me how much a company can care for a company, it's employees, and its business practices. It feels great to come to work and feel that family feel every day, but also be a brand ambassador for such a great company that I can feel passionate about.

    Great benefits for retail! Some of the best in the industry; with quarterly and annual bonus, discounts on products, free products and credit to use in store an online up to $1200 a year.

    Cons

    Technology is our downfall, but the company is working hard to improve this. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand who is in charge of what department, with so many departments controlling multiple aspects of the company.

    Advice to Management

    Make a clear organizational chart for the retail field. Drastically update technology in boutiques, especially when it comes to payment technology, such an advanced company should be using the safest and fastest payment technology, not just swiping cards and signing on paper.
