    Difficult Interview
    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (United States)

    Interview

Don't waste your time coming out of college.

Begins with HR screening, just to see if you're a competent person.

Next step is receiving an email that asks you to create FOURTEEN STAAR based examples to answer questions.

(This is extremely difficult coming out of college, even with internship experience)

Last step: wait forever to hear back (they will give you an incorrect timeline)

Communication between HR and hiring managers is terrible.
    Interview

Tell me about a time you challenged a way something has always been done. Describe your best example of demonstrating collaboration within a team. Tell me about the last time you completed a project that had a positive impact on your team or organization. Tell me about a time when it was important, but very difficult, for you to build a relationship with an individual or a group. When was the last time you noticed an issue that needed to be addressed and took action before being asked?
