Domestic violence victims shouldn't have to leave their pets behind. That’s why Purina and RedRover have launched the Purple Leash Project to increase the number of pet friendly domestic violence shelters in the US.
Nestlé Pure Life's new DC Super Hero bottles are made from 100% rPET and are 100% recyclable, including the cap. Additionally, once the bottle is finished, kids can shine a flashlight through the bottle which projects a symbol onto the wall. The collection is the perfect choice for every occasion as a healthy alternative to sugary drinks.
Foods people love. Brands people trust. And a career that nourishes your future like no other.

I have been working at Nestlé USA full-time (More than 5 years)
I have loved working for Nestle USA. I have been with the company for 5.5 years and have worked in 4 different locations in various different roles and functions. I have really enjoyed all of the people I have worked with and the great opportunities that have been presented to me. The company's values are also very well aligned to mine, which makes me proud to work toward achieving our objectives.
The only con is that the company is so large that it sometimes bogs down the decision making process. The company is doing a lot of work to improve this and really enable all employees. We will continue to get better in this area and it's exciting to see us move the needle.
Advice to Management
Be open to ideas, thoughts and opinions that differ from your own. Seek out a diverse team to surround yourself with people who can challenge, innovate and drive continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé USA (Oakland, CA) in May 2010.
Interviewed with Nestle about a month ago. Had an excellent experience from the first contact through the last. I felt that they respected me as a candidate, which is different from other companies I've interviewed with recently. I did get the impression that they preferred a local candidate.
Seemed like an excellent culture, very NorCal. Nestle is a company that I would gladly interview with again.
