Our 2017 acquisitions and investments provide a glimpse of the company we want to be at Nestlé in 2018 and beyond. Hear from our CEO:
We serve communities all across the nation, which is why we're committed to supporting a workforce that's as diverse as they are. Nestlé USA’s ranking in the Human Rights Campaign 2018 Corporate Equality Index is a 95 out of 100 for our commitment to #LGBTQ workplace equality. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQLtg
...the world's leading Nutrition, Health and Wellness company. Our mission of "Good Food, Good Life" is to provide consumers with the best tasting, most nutritious choices in a wide range of food and beverage categories and eating occasions, from morning to night.
For well over a century, our commitment to producing foods that uniquely fulfill people's needs has been the secret ingredient in everything we make. It's the right amount of heartiness in our STOUFFER'S® entrees, and it's what makes our NESTLÉ® Hot Cocoa Mix so satisfying on a cold winter day.

I have been working at Nestlé USA full-time
Great company culture, increasing focus on process improvement, fairly flexible, a lot of opportunity for internal growth, high pay compared to other companies.
As with any large company, sometimes there is a lot of red tape to go through to get things done and some people are set in old, inefficient ways. Company is in the process of moving to DC, so a lot things are up in the air.
Fairly simple interview process. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview where you do about 4-6, 30 min interviews each with different people on the team. Interviews were very laid back. They just asked about my background and then asked a couple behavioral questions. You should be good if you just practice common behavioral interview questions.
