    I worked at Nestor Sales full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    You'll get a regular paycheck. It's a good starter job or if you need something over the summer.

    Cons

    While the pay may be steady, it won't ever be competitive with other companies. Warehouse staff is expected to come in whenever management decides they need to. Reviews are few and far between, raises will be the bare minimum.

    Advice to Management

    Stop treating employees like they are less than the product you sell. Loyalty and respect are earned, not simply given because you work there.
