    I have been working at NetImpact Strategies full-time (More than a year)


    Transparency with senior management - They treat all their employees like real human beings and respond to everyone regardless of rank.
    Commitment to professional development - You're expected to go to training every year to improve your skill set and you get a budget to do so.
    Attention to HR - regular, enforced, FAIR performance reviews
    Care - They hire people who care. People who care about their coworkers, the quality of their work, the happiness of the client. Because of this it tends to feel more like a family sometimes, and I can honestly say I can go to any team member and feel like I will receive help and support if I need it.
    Opportunity - Because the company is growing so fast there's tons of room for career growth and they frequently promote from inside.
    Giving back - the company does a lot to give back to the community. What I like is the donation to the employee's choice of charity at the end of the year.


    I agree with previous reviews - this is not a place to come clock in/out. They generally hire superstars and because of that, expectations are high. But I wouldn't list this as a con, just a warning to those interested.

    Advice to Management

    Cut down on the number of people split between projects - it's mentally exhausting. Otherwise, doing a great job. Particularly happy with the way bad eggs are weeded out.
