I worked at NetQoS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

NetQoS allowed me to grow my skills and branch out in new directions, not just making me a more valuable employee but a better rounded person. I hope everyone has a job like this - where they leave more than the sum of the parts they came in with.

    Cons

The only difficulty would be that finding new things to say about NetFlow every day did get a bit dull - but it was my job to keep it from becoming so.

    Advice to Management

No advice - you seem to have done everything right.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetQoS in January 2010.

    Interview

I applied online and had a phone interview from the project manager about 2 weeks later. The phone screening covers simple skills test, software development methodology and salary requirement. Then I had an onsite in the following week, talked with 4 or 5 people. Overall it was a good experience.
