Job Description—Sales Associate

In this commission based sales position we will train you to become a thoroughly knowledgeable real estate investment professional. With NetWorth, the potential for advancement is almost endless as we solely promote from within, and our main goal is to get you educated enough to open your own NetWorth Realty office. Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Meeting with investors on a day-to-day basis to build a client network

  • Using this network, you will market and effectively bring to close many of NetWorth’s private inventory of investment properties

  • Helping facilitate financing for the investors, when and if needed

  • Guiding investors throughout the entire restoration process and chosen exit strategy

  • Unlimited earning potential

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Willing to obtain real estate license and an NMLS loan license

  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and over the phone

  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

  • Education and sales experience a plus, but not required for consideration

  • Prior real estate experience is not needed

  • Must have reliable transportation

    Unlimited growth and income potential. Owners are very down to earth and make incentive plans and training easy for employees to feel at home. Outlined plan if you come in and work it!


    Still growth areas with some levels of training development and systems. But it’s a new company.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at NetWorth Realty (Atlanta, GA) in February 2015.


    Casual yet serious. Formal yet relaxed environment. The GM will grill you and ask you what your motivations are as they do not have time for people who are not ready to work. The GM will tell you about the overall process of working for the company, what you will do and how much you will be paid.
