I have been working at Network Global Logistics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, 24hr operation. Fast paced, ever changing environment. Good for people who like a challenge. Central location with fenced parking lot. Management will listen to new ideas. If you need a new schedule management will usually try to accommodate.

    Cons

Poor pay. Training is a joke. No consistency. Favoritism is beyond belief. No such thing as a raise. Plan on working holidays. No reviews. High turnover. Initiative is not rewarded or recognized. Gossiping, backstabbing coworkers (like anyplace).

    Advice to Management

Consistent and thorough training. Periodic raises. Yearly or semi yearly reviews. Stop the favoritism, or at least make it less obvious. Have a holiday policy and enforce it so the same people don't have to work every holiday.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Network Global Logistics.

    Interview

Disorganized decision process. I interviewed, was hired and then no training was provided. With no training I feel like I am set up to fail here. I would not recommend joining.
