Network for Good – Why Work With Us?

Founded in 2001 by tech giants AOL, Cisco, and Yahoo!, Network for Good has been instrumental in helping tens of thousands of nonprofits more efficiently fundraise by engaging donors in a more impactful way. Its refreshingly easy-to-use donor management software, fundraising pages, and personal fundraising coaches provide nonprofits with a complete fundraising solution—reducing their need for disparate systems, saving them time, and enabling them to raise more funds to support their mission. The company is a for-profit software as a service—or SaaS—company as well as a B-Corp, which means its goals are tied to both the company and the community.

Why Network for Good?

We believe nonprofits have important missions and deserve great software to power their fundraising and fuel their missions.  We use data, technology, and the power of networks to eliminate the daily fundraising grind that most leaders endure.  Network for Good provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) fundraising solutions that have delivered over $2.54 billion to more than 300,000 charities since 2001.

We’re growing our team so we can provide more nonprofits with simple solutions to power the good they do. Network for good is a hybrid organization—a nonprofit-owned for-profit. In 2013, we became a Certified B Corporation. We have been able to invest in and enhance our offerings and we’re just getting started! We’re in growth mode—always open to connecting with high performers focused on achieving results.

You can expect, growth and innovation and to have fun along the way. You will not only be rewarded for your personal achievements, but you will also have the opportunity to be part of an organization that lives by its motto every day: Do Good. Feel Good. ™

Retaining Top Talent

Network for Good believes that if they take care of their employees, they will in turn delight their customers. This is why the organization strives to create a space where employees can enjoy doing what they love while having a real work-life balance. With rich benefits such as “Feel Good” flexible time off, volunteer days and birthdays as a holiday, employees are able to make the most of their time outside the office. Additionally, employees receive health, dental, and vision insurance; disability and life insurance; a 401(k) with company match; paid time off, including paid parental leave; tuition reimbursement; commuter benefits; and so much more. Network for Good also supports parents with their award-winning breastfeeding-friendly workplace.

At Network for Good, we have unlimited time off to volunteer in our community!

I have been working at Network for Good full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This business is without a doubt dedicated to leaning into employees strengths. If you vocalize your strengths and interests they've proven to me that they'll help those goals. They have been encouraging of growth inside the organization but also positioning this so your strengths can be marketable outside of the company too. There's a great and honest understanding that any position doesn't mean you'll be there forever and there's room to grow, move, and excel on your terms. This has been the best company that I've worked for an appreciate that there is not any micro-managing of my work. As long as you are an effective worker they'll respect the requests you make and ideas you have.

    Cons

It's a fast growing company so historic knowledge and spread out teams are sometimes an issue but overall there is a great unity and ability to ask any department for help.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! You're leadership acts as a great example for the company.
