Work from home, family friendly, walks the talk when it comes to diversity and work-life balance. Works very hard as an organization to stay "on mission" and serve its many constituents.
The fact that the staff works from home offices and is geographically dispersed makes decision making and collaboration more difficult.
Advice to Management
Need to speed decision making cycle, clarify staff roles and adopt new technologies in order to increase agility and bandwidth.
