This is perfect environment if you’re looking for growth in a company. I love the fact that you learn so many things while growing professionally and as a person. Here, it is not just a job where you come and leave when you’re done. It’s a family where people push you every single day to do you best and give you the knowledge you need in the certain areas where you lack it. I enjoy the learning experience I’m having here as well as the growing opportunity I’m having and the family environment we develop.
The hours of work can be long but if you want it, YOU HAVE TO GO GET IT
Advice to Management
You are doing an amazing work. It’s a blessing to be part of New Age Marketing Inc
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New Age Marketing Inc (Mint Hill, NC) in September 2017.
When I arrived at the office I had to fill out some paperwork prior to the interview. Before turning in the paperwork I had a question for the front desk. They replied in a very rude and condescending manner--so that set the tone. The guy who interviewed me was very nice. It was more of a get to know you conversation than an interview. But after about 5-10 minutes I knew I didn't want to move forward. He spent the majority of the time talking about one of the guys and his new Mercedes. He was also telling stories about getting more money and salaries but in a way that was so unappealing and unattractive. It was basically showing me that this is what they're about and this is how people are. That is not what I wanted at all. After the interview I was told I would be contacted if I made it to the next round. I received a call shortly after about scheduling another round of interviews. I decided to decline. There was no way I wanted to continue an interview process and ultimately work for a company that loves to talk about and flaunt money, cars etc. It was really tasteless.
