    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New America in June 2017.

    Interview

I had a Skype call with the operations director. Unfortunately the lead person in charge of the fellowship position skipped the interview and we only spoke briefly at the end. I wish there was more time in the interview, and I thought it didn't speak well of the organization that not all of the interviewers who were scheduled to be in the meeting were actually able to attend.
